Occupational Health & Safety Policy
Decus will promote and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. Occupational safety and health is an integral part of our philosophy and management systems. This policy has been developed to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and will be regularly reviewed and communicated with staff with the aim of continually improving safety and health within the workplace.
The objectives of the policy are to:

- Protect employees from safety and health hazards which may arise out of their work or the conditions under which it is carried out; and
- Provide and maintain safe workplaces, plant and systems of work so that employees are not exposed to hazards.
